1.1 Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it.

  • It must be free from cosmetic defects, scratches, or signs of wear (especially important for decorative trays, resin/wood coasters, and phone stands).

  • It must remain in its original, undamaged packaging, including all protective wraps, boxes, inserts, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

1.2 Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized items tailored to individual specifications.

  • Gift cards or promotional voucher codes.

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, change of mind, or accidental order, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In these instances, J P E TRADE COMPANY SA will cover the cost of return shipping or issue a replacement free of charge.

1.5 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Murcia facility, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
